Level 1 is the perfect starting point for school-aged children and teens new to swimming. This class focuses on overcoming apprehension and building a positive relationship with the water. Certified instructors provide gentle, step-by-step guidance to help participants master essential water adjustment skills. Through fun, structured activities, students learn to control their breathing, float, and glide, all while absorbing crucial safety rules for any aquatic environment.

What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, and a change of clothes. Goggles recommended.
Class Size & Format: Small group (maximum 5 students). 45-minute instructor-led class.
Recommended Frequency: Once per week for consistent skill development and water confidence.
Progression: Upon mastery, students advance to Level 2: Fundamental Aquatic Skills.
