Navy Test Prep is a results-driven program designed for candidates preparing for the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, Police, or Fire Department swim tests. Our certified instructors, experienced in military swim test preparation, provide focused, disciplined training that simulates real test conditions. Each session combines cardiovascular conditioning, stroke efficiency, and timed performance drills to ensure candidates can confidently execute every test component, from underwater swimming to timed treading.
