Senior Beginner is tailored for mature adults starting their aquatic journey. The pace is relaxed and supportive, prioritizing safety and comfort. Our instructors specialize in working with seniors, providing clear, patient guidance to help you master the basics of buoyancy, breathing, and movement in the water. This class is the first step toward a fun, sustainable, and health-boosting swimming habit.

Step-by-Step Roadmap (First 4 Weeks):

Week 1 – Acclimation & Safety: Safe entry/exit, moving comfortably in chest-deep water, and introduction to breath control

Week 2 – Discovering Buoyancy: Supported front and back floats and introduction to flutter kicking

Week 3 – First Movements: Gliding from the wall and practicing basic arm actions for propulsion

Week 4 – Safety Integration: Combining floating, kicking, and arm movements to achieve the 5–10 meter safety swim
What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, and goggles required. Water bottle recommended.
Class Size & Format: Small group (maximum 5 students) to ensure a calm environment with ample individual support.
Recommended Frequency: Once per week for steady, confident progress.
Progression: Upon mastery, seniors advance to Senior Intermediate for gentle stroke development.
