Level 3 marks the transition from basic skills to learning official swimming strokes. Students are introduced to coordinated movements of the front crawl with rotary breathing and the elementary backstroke. Emphasis is placed on building endurance and comfort in deep water, including jumping in and recovering. Safety skills are enhanced with longer treading water times and the survival float.

What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, goggles, and swim cap (for long hair).
Class Size & Format: Small group (maximum 5 students). 45-minute instructor-led class.
Recommended Frequency: Once per week; twice per week recommended for faster stroke development.
Progression: Upon mastery, students advance to Level 4: Stroke Improvement.
