Certified instructors create a calm, emotionally secure environment where preschoolers can thrive. The class blends imaginative play with fundamental skill development, helping children build trust in the water and their instructor. Through songs, games, and positive reinforcement, children develop water comfort, basic body positions, and early breath control, ensuring a positive start to their swimming journey.

Step-by-Step Roadmap (First 4 Weeks):

Week 1 – Water Introduction & Trust Building: Adjusting to class format, building trust with the instructor, and engaging in gentle water play. Introduction to putting ears and face in the water.

Week 2 – Basic Floats & Body Position: Practicing assisted front and back floats, focusing on relaxation and buoyancy. Introduction to holding the wall independently.

Week 3 – Breath Control & Kicking: Learning to blow bubbles at the surface and with the mouth submerged. Introducing basic flutter kicks while holding the wall and with a kickboard.

Week 4 – Combining Skills in Play: Linking skills through fun, game-based activities, including blowing bubbles while kicking and practicing assisted arm strokes across short distances.
What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, goggles (recommended), and a change of clothes. A smile and encouraging words for your little swimmer are a must!
Class Size & Format: Small group (maximum 5 students) to ensure individualized attention and support.
Recommended Frequency: Once per week for consistent adaptation and skill-building.
Progression: Upon mastery, children advance to Pre-School 2, focusing on independent floating, combined stroke movements, and building endurance.
